The gap this fills

Your stack reports. Nobody plans.

Founders do not wake up anxious about dashboards. They wake up anxious about whether the year is still on. Analytics tools answer what happened yesterday: ROAS, blended CAC, cohorts. None of them set next month's target, check whether the annual goal is still feasible, or rewrite the plan when a month misses. That judgment layer is what you are subscribing to here. The software delivers it; a human stands behind it.

Every week you know three things: where this month will land, whether the year is still on, and what to change if it is not.
What you get

The full planning loop, every month

01

Your annual plan

Monthly revenue, new-customer and spend targets built from your own acquisition costs, retention curves and seasonality. Feasibility-checked before anything is committed.

02

Daily pacing

A live dashboard showing month-to-date performance against plan. On pace, ahead, or breaking, visible at a glance rather than assembled in a spreadsheet.

03

The Monday brief

One email each Monday: what happened last week, whether the month is on pace, and what to do about it. Written to be read in two minutes.

04

Alerts when it breaks

When pacing falls out of range you hear about it that day, not at the end-of-month review. Quiet months stay quiet.

05

Monthly reforecast

When reality diverges from the plan, the remaining months get rewritten and the annual goal gets a fresh feasibility check. The plan never goes stale.

06

A human read

Every month closes with a short written audit: what the numbers say, what they hide, and the one or two decisions they point to. From the operator behind the results below, not a template.

For a brand doing £1M a year, this is roughly half a percent of revenue for the whole planning loop. Catching one month that is quietly pacing 15 percent behind, while there is still time to act, covers the year.

Fair questions

What brands ask before subscribing

We already pay for Triple Whale / Northbeam / GA4.
Keep them; they can even feed this. Attribution and reporting tools tell you what happened. They do not set targets, test whether your annual goal is feasible, or rewrite the plan when you miss a month. This is the layer above your stack, not a replacement for it.
How much of my time does this take?
About 30 minutes to connect data at onboarding, then two minutes each Monday to read the brief. A monthly 30-minute review call is available if you want it, and skippable if you do not. The point is that the watching happens on this side.
Can't our agency or bookkeeper do this?
Agencies plan media, not revenue; they usually inherit your target rather than test it. Bookkeepers and accountants look backward at what was spent and earned. Neither maintains a forward revenue plan with daily pacing and monthly reforecasts. In practice this work belongs to a fractional CFO, at four times the price.
What is the commitment?
Monthly, cancel anytime, no setup fee. Every plan, forecast and brief produced along the way is yours to keep. The subscription has to earn its place on your P&L every month, which is exactly the discipline it teaches.
Are we the right size for this?
It is built for brands doing roughly £500k to £10M a year. Below that range, a spreadsheet and a good tool are honestly enough. Above it, you should probably hire the CFO. In between is where brands carry CFO-sized questions without CFO-sized budgets.
Is our data safe?
Read-only access, never shared or pooled across brands, and client names never appear in Kova marketing without written permission. The anonymised results above are how seriously that is taken.
Can we see it before we commit?
Yes. Ask for a demo and you will get a live walkthrough on a working demo brand, plus a link you can explore yourself afterwards. You will know within 20 minutes whether this is useful to you.
